Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging
All original tags, labels, and packaging must accompany the returned product
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via our customer support team
Items failing to meet these requirements may be rejected

Provide Proof: Attach clear photographs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items to expedite processing
Follow Instructions: Once approved, detailed steps will be shared to complete the return

Note: Returns not meeting these criteria may be declined at our discretion.

You will be notified if the refund is approved or denied
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
A confirmation email is sent once the refund has been successfully processed
